Technology Update: SeeMyLoanStatus Just Got Better!

Dear Licensed Partner,

Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc. is pleased to announce a technology update to the SeeMyLoanStatus, an advanced mortgage processing portal designed to empower Sun West's Partners and Customers in making the mortgage process easier and faster.

The new upgrade allows our Partners to:

  • Register / Submit loans
  • Request Pre-Approvals / Pre-Qualifications
  • Edit Loan Information prior to submission
  • Submit FHA Case Request
  • Request Loan Estimate
  • Request Lock

Here are some of the other automated tools that you can access with SeeMyLoanStatus:

  • Track progress of your loan from submission to closing.
  • Securely submit loan documentation.
  • View loan conditions and upload documents to satisfy the requirements.
  • View appraisal order status, place order, track inspection schedule, and review the report.
  • Download a sample of closing package for the loan program.
  • Write to Management Hotline or have Management Hotline call you for any questions.
